What I Believe
I have spent a lifetime navigating cultural and racial identity as a Dominican-Puerto Rican-New Yorker. After two decades building diverse, equitable and inclusive cultures for companies like Moody’s Investors Service, The Walt Disney Company, and Google, I know that it takes real courage to reimagine and rebuild the organizational culture of the future, today.
By helping teams and people courageously embed inclusion, empathy and equity into all culture and business systems, practices and policies, I help organizations better attract and engage talent, amplify performance, and create highly effective teams.
